Binai i99 new 10.6″ tablet with 6GB RAM and 4G-LTE modem


New Chinese tablet named Binai i99, this time with a screen size of 10.6 inches and an Mediatek Helio X27 Octa Core processor. A product that has an attractive design and metallic body as a highlight.

This new tablet, which has a quite reduced thickness mounts a pair of speakers and especially stands out for its IPS screen with FullHD resolution. The Binai i99 has 4G-Lte connectivity and as a negative point we must comment that it lags behind in terms of operating system, as it has Android 8.1, something a little outdated today.

SoC, RAM and storage

The Binai i99 tablet includes a SoC Mediatek Helio X27, a Deca Core with three clusters, one with 2 ARM Cortex-A72 CPUs capable of reaching 2.6 GHz, another with 4 ARM Cortex-A53 reaching 2 GHz and a third with 4 ARM Cortex-A53 with 1.6 GHz maximum speed. In the graphic section we have the GPU ARM Mali-T880 MP4, on board integrates 6 GB of DDR3L RAM and 64 GB of storage memory that we can expand thanks to the micro SD card reader included.

Screen and other characteristics

The screen of the Binai i99 is a 10.6 inch 2.5D IPS with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels that includes an 8 MP webcam with microphone on top and another 13 MP camera on the back. It also includes stereo speakers, Wifi aC, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 7500 mAh battery and 4G-LTE modem with DUAL SIM.

In the connectivity area we have a 3.5 mm audio jack, a USB Type-C port and a magnetic connector for a keyboard. The installed operating system is Android 8.1. It has two speakers with independent amplification in the upper part.
