Another inexpensive mini PC that we find in Chinese online stores called Coolby YealBox and that includes fanless cooling, with which we will have 0 noises during its operation.
This is a mini PC with modest hardware, but it is capable of replacing old towers with minimal electrical consumption without taking up space, since it measures only 12.0 x 12.0 x 2.25 cm. Its hardware is not up-to-date, it includes an Intel Celeron N3350 processor, however, it is capable of moving Windows 10, web browsers with multiple open windows or running office programs with dignity thanks to its 6 GB of RAM in Dual Channel and its SSD M.2 disk, much faster than the eMMc memory that we usually find in this type of cheap mini PC’s.
Processor, RAM and storage
The Coolby YealBox mini PC includes a Dual Core Intel Celeron N3350 processor, an Apollo Lake Dual Core manufactured in 14 nm that can reach 2.4 Ghz in turbo mode and that integrates an Intel HD Graphics 500 GPU.
On the board we find 6 GB of non-expandable Dual Channel LPDDR4 RAM and a 120 GB capacity M.2 SSD storage unit easily accessible thanks to a door.
Other specs
For wireless connectivity, we have Bluetooth 4.0 and Wifi b / g / n. Despite its small size, the connectors are multiple, since we have 2 USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port, micro SD card reader, 3.5 mm audio jack and HDMI 2.0 and VGA video outputs.
Finally, note that the operating system installed is Windows 10 Pro, its box is made of plastic, it includes a VESA bracket to install it behind any compatible TV or monitor and an external 24W power supply.
