CWWK MAGIC COMPUTER, the most bizarre mini PC

Today we found on AliExpress the new mini PC CWWK MAGIC COMPUTER, a small computer with a really unique design.

A mini PC with passive ventilation thanks to its aluminum body, although it is designed to install a fan if necessary. Undoubtedly, the peculiar bridge-shaped design where the motherboard is in the air positively favors the dissipation of the whole. Although in the advertising we see options with different low-power processors for the moment, we only see it with the widespread Intel N100. This chip that you can read our review and that has a TDP of only 6W TPD that guarantees a minimum electrical cost.

This mini PC is out of the ordinary, it seems designed for development and specific environments, and it also has a PCIe x8 expansion port where you can plug different expansion boards.

The small PC CWWK MAGIC COMPUTER carries the Intel N100 processor manufactured in 10 nm. A chip with four cores and four execution threads that reach up to 3.4 GHz. For the graphics section we have an integrated Intel UHD Graphics GPU with 24EU compatible with VP9 and h.265 video codecs up to 4K@60fps. A processor and GPU that is not designed for demanding 3D titles, but it does allow us to use the device for many other daily tasks, office apps or multimedia.

For RAM we have a DDR4 SO-DIMM slot up to 3200 Mhz that supports up to 64 GB. For storage we have a PCIe 3.0 x1 NVMe SSD connector and two SATA3 ports.

Other notable features

Connectors included are one RJ45 2.5GbE network port, 4 USB-A 2.0, one USB-C, micro SD card reader and DisplayPort 1.4 and two HDMI 1.4 video outputs.

We also find a PCIe x8 port where we can connect a wide variety of expansion cards and as usual, the power supply is external.
