Today the new Intel NUC 11 with new generation processors have been officially announced, an expected update that brings as a new generation in terms of integrated GPUs.
In this new generation we have three variants, the first one that groups the classic models called Intel NUC 11 Performance (Panther Canyon), the second one the Intel NUC 11 Pro (Tiger Canyon) with vPro processors, both have Intel Xe GPUs and finally the Intel NUC 11 Enthusiast (Phantom Canyon) that offer us a dedicated NVIDIA RTX 2060 GPU. We have a total of 38 variants of these new NUC, as always options for all audiences and pockets.
Intel NUC 11 Performance
We have eight configurations of the Intel NUC 11 Performance (Panther Canyon) in three sizes depending on the internal units that are between 38, 51 or 56 mm high. We find in them Intel Core i3-1115G4 processors with the old Intel HD Graphics GPU and the Intel Core i5-1135G7 and Core i7-1165G7 with the most interesting Intel Xe GPU.
As for connections we have the classic ones, but this time Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 are included. We only have Thunderbolt 3 in two ports, something contradictory because we have Thunderbolt 4 natively integrated in the CPU. As a curious fact these mini PCs have a 15 W wireless charging option through the lid.
Intel NUC 11 Pro
The Intel NUC 11 Pro (Tiger Canyon) models are the products intended for professionals. In these PCs we find processors with vPro technology, we have variants in two sizes with Intel Core i5-1145G7 vPro and Core i7-1165G7 vPro that incorporate new the integrated Intel Xe GPUs.
Intel NUC 11 Enthusiast
The most powerful products of this new generation are undoubtedly the Intel NUC 11 Enthusiast (Phantom Canyon). Within these small computers that follow the compact design of the Skull/Hades Canyon we have Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor assisted in the graphics section with a powerful NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 with 6 GB of dedicated GBRAM.
It also has support for Optane H10 memory up to 32 GB, 512 GB SSD, plus 16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM in dual-channel. It also has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.0a, mDP 1.4, LAN, card reader, multiple USB ports and audio connectors.
