The new Lenovo LivePods LP5 earphones are compatible with Android or iOS operating systems and significantly improve the previous Lenovo LP40. They offer updated Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, integrated microphones and a fairly good autonomy. A headset that integrates a 13 mm drivers with double membrane very interesting. By default, with these earphones, we have a charging case with battery that has USB-C connector with fast charging and prolongs the time of use. With a charge of 1.5 hours we have full charge for the case and continue with our rhythm.

In the two Bluetooth earphones Lenovo LivePods LP5 to control them we have a side touch zone, where it is also possible to perform different functions with each of them by touching them lightly. With these controls it is possible to change the audio track, raise or lower volume, answer calls or run the assistant of our phone.

We conducted a series of tests with the Lenovo LP5 Bluetooth earphones during several sessions during the day and found that they connect normally, the Bluetooth 5.1 connection is stable and fast, offering a good audio range for various types of music. The in-ear fit system is comfortable and very light, something that is appreciated for hours of use.

As we checked the sound is quite good at medium volume, at high volume we have a correct power, but not strident. The latency in games is acceptable thanks to the Bluetooth 5.1 connection that improves considerably compared to version 4.

After reviewing the Lenovo LivePods LP5 earphones we can say that we are facing interesting earphones for the price they have. These earphones have Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity fast and efficient, it offers a low latency for our games on mobile. The microphone system is quite simple, but has noise reduction system, it has nothing to do with active cancellation, but they fulfill their role for calls and audio recording.
The Lenovo LP5 earphones have a pretty good sound for its price, thanks to the 13 mm drivers with dual membrane we have a fairly defined bass and treble, but if we are looking for maximum volume and quality, they are not top of the range. The real autonomy offers us about 2.5 hours with volume at 50%, with the box it is possible to get about 12 hours extra easily. The touch control system is much better than the previous Lenovo LP40.
As we have seen, the Lenovo LivePods LP5 offer interesting Bluetooth 5.1 earphones for the price. We have interesting specifications and a sound with good definition at normal volume.
