Interesting fanless miniPC that we found today in AliExpress equipped with the new Intel Celeron J6412 processor called Maxtang VHEHL-30, the first one we see with this new Chip.
Interesting miniPC due to the total absence of noise during its operation thanks to its fanless design facilitated by the incorporation of the latest generation and low consumption processor from the Elkhart Lake family manufactured in 10nm. This is not a mini PC for home use, you just have to see some details of its connectors, where we find 3 HDMI ports and a SIM card connector for which we suppose we will have an optional modem available.
It is compatible with Windows 10/11 and Linux, and we hope to soon see other mini PCs equipped with this low-power Celeron J6412 or others from the Elkhart Lake family that substantially improve their performance compared to the previous generation.
Processor, RAM and storage
Inside the Maxtang VHEHL-30 we find a processor manufactured in 10nm, an Intel Celeron J6412. This chip is a Quad Core with 4 threads with an L2 cache of 1.5 MB, basic frequency of 2.00 Ghz and turbo of 2.6 Ghz. The TDP of this processor is 10 W and its integrated GPU is an Intel UHD with 16 EU and a maximum working frequency that reaches 800 Mhz.
For RAM we have two SO-DIMM DDR4 memory banks inside this miniPC where we can install up to 32 GB of RAM. For storage, this small PC is not far behind, since it includes two slots for M.2 NVMe SSD drives and a SATA 3 interface with another bay for another 2.5-inch drive.
Other specifications
For wireless connectivity we have a card with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, although its characteristics are not specified, and a pair of external Wi-Fi antennas on the back of the box. As connectors, we observe on the perimeter a pair of 3.5 mm audio jacks, three HDMI 2.0 video outputs, a pair of RJ45 Gigabyte network connectors, 4 USB 2.0, 2 USB 3.2, a USB Type-C, slot for SIM card and a COM port.
A VESA adapter is included to hang the miniPC behind any TV or monitor, and the external power supply is 12 V.
