Does any one face “NO LICENSE” text instead of Tv channels name in the DTV app for this firmware on KIII Pro?
Hi. I’ve got the same problem with the “NO LICENSE” message instead of channel names, plus there is no DVB-S/S2 option for me in DTV app? Any fixes? Thanks in advance.
Go back to previous firmware.
How? I tried the USB OTG method with the Update app but it won’t overwrite the newer build (firmware). Any other method?
This the version for one tuner and I have two tuners. I only now noticed it 🙁
**SOLVED** I have a KIII Pro with dual (DVB-C/S/S2/T.T2) tuner. I faced this “No LICENSE” problem when i flashed the latest firmware i.e. KIII_PRO_AVL6862-NHG47L-20181221.165922.V0213.img. As a result, when I scanned channels using the DTV app, I would get ” NO LICENSE” on all channels. I was able to locate an older DTV app + recovery (dtv_20180820_twrp.rar) from some forum. I flashed recovery & then flashed the dtv app using the TWRP recovery and the “NO LICENSE” problem was solved. Also, I have now all the 3 options: DVB-C , DVB-S/S2, DVB-T/T2 in the scanning options.
