New Gigabyte BRIX with 10 nm Intel Jasper Lake processors

From Gigabyte comes information about new Gigabyte BRIX GB-BMCE mini PCs with new generation Intel Jasper Lake-J processors manufactured in 10 nm, chips with improved efficiency.

In these processors, we have the classic Intel HD Graphics solution, which limits us to FullHD quality in services such as Netflix that still requires an Intel Core processor. These processors do not jump to the new Intel Xe GPUs, so we are limited in 3D power, and we do not have AV1 codec support either.

  • We will still have to wait awhile to see them on sale at Amazon at a price similar to the current BRIX Celeron/Pentium.
