Unveiled in oriental lands a new terminal of economic range, the nubia V80 Design, which as you know is a sub-brand of ZTE.
This is a smartphone that despite its reduced price comes with a body with IP64 protection, and a side button on which we can customize the action to be performed when we press it, such as launching the iA assistant. As engine we have an Octa Core UNISOC T7250 processor, which is really a UNISOC T615 remarked and that is a little below the UNISOC T620 with its 306,000 points in Antutu v10.
The operating system is Android 16 with the MyOS layer and note that its 6.75-inch screen has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a fairly good brightness within its price range.
Specifications of the nubia V80 Design
A UNISOC T7285 processor manufactured in 12 nm is the backbone of this nubia smartphone. This chip is an Octa Core that includes 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 processors capable of reaching 2.2 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 processors with a maximum speed of 1.8 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU that reaches 850 Mhz. Enough for simple games and also for demanding games in medium quality.
Soldered on the board we find 4/8 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and for storage we have 256 GB of high-speed UFS 2.2 memory that we can expand through the micro SD card reader up to 2 TB additional.
Other notable features
This phone has a 6.75-inch IPS touchscreen display, a resolution of 1940×900 pixels, 120 Hz refresh and a brightness that reaches 1000 nits. On the top frame of the display, we have a 16 MP camera with microphone that complements the main 50 MP rear one with a 2 MP auxiliary one and a LED flash.
This nubia has wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, 4G-LTe modem with Dual SIM and GPS. Inside we have a 5000 mAh battery with 22.5 W PD fast charging, 10 W reverse and fingerprint recognition is from a side sensor. In terms of connectivity we have a USB Type-C port, audio jack and for sound we have a speaker and two microphones with noise reduction.
Availability and best price
- The new nubia V80 Design has just been launched in the east for a price of around 119 € although in a few days it is certain to be available on AliExpress soon.
