PICASOU CarPlay, a new Android box for our car

Every day it seems more popular the CarPlay Box to smartizar our car as the PICASOU. These include inside everything you need to have Android Auto on the screen of our dashboard.

This type of devices basically behaves like a mobile with Android Auto and if our car is compatible with this protocol by connecting our mobile then it will be compatible with this box, more than 300 car models are compatible. Inside this the PICASOU box we have several hardware versions, two with Qualcomm QCM6125 (665) Octa Core SoC and Qualcomm QCM2150 Quad Core SoC with Android 10 system. In addition, as a novelty they have a version with SoC Rockchip RK3566 Quad Core with Android 11 operating system. Depending on our budget, it is advisable to go for the more powerful versions that will move smoothly the system environment.

As for RAM in the different versions we have 2/4/6 GB and for internal storage we have 32/64/128 GB. We can expand the space to store more data through an SD slot on the side.

In the versions with Qualcomm SoC we have 4G modem and in all of them we have Wifi aC adapter that allows us to connect with our cell phone creating a shared network. We also have Bluetooth 5.0 to pair devices and share data or functionalities.

To connect this box we only need to connect a USB-C cable to a USB-A port of our car, automatically on the screen of our car will show us the CarPlay environment that we can change automatically by Android Auto. Thanks to these systems we can load any app or use Google Maps autonomously.
