Today we have a new TV-Box with Allwinner H6 SoC, in this case it is called T95 mini and it has Android 9.0 as the operating system by default. A model that competes in price, with a hardware with very tight specifications and a configuration that serves us to use it as a multimedia center of basic use.

This Android TV-Box can perfectly serve us for use with KODI and IPTV in 4K, but only to play streaming Netflix or Amazon Prime in the lowest quality. If we want to watch Streaming of payment in quality HD and 4K you can see our list of TV-Box certified by Netflix. As for power you can see the results of the SoC that this Box assembles in our review of the Allwinner H6 processor included in this TV-Box, with this SoC we can run games with medium load including PUBG. Hi How can you use this Unit to skype chat? Using a webcam and mic?
The detection of the cameras depends in each box and firmware, no one can assure if will work or not.
Go for a mini PC.
