In the absence of Ryzen chips, the 10th generation Intel Comet Lake processors start running on the Chinese miniPCs on Aliexpress. Today we have one in the EGLOBAL store that includes options with two interesting low-power processors Core i5-10210U and Core i7-10510U with 4 cores and 8 threads.
Chips that already include native VP9 / H.265 decoding and that together with its DisplayPort and HDMI 2.0 video outputs with support for up to 4K@60fps resolution allows us to mount a powerful HTPC. Also in this new version we have an NVMe SSD drive slot available where we can mount a high-speed storage drive. An interesting off-road option of low-power miniPC with which we can move Windows 10 and any program without problems that by the way has a weight of only 800 grams.
Processor, RAM and storage
The Eglobal miniPC is available with Intel Core i7-10510U and Core i5-10210U 8-core Quad Cores with 8 threads made in 14nm ++ with a 15W TDP and an Intel UHD 620 GPU cooled with a fan. In this miniPC we can have 2 slots for SO-DIMM DDR4 modules where we can mount up to 64GB of RAM and internally we have space for 1 M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD and another 2.5-inch SATA 3.
Other features
At the level of wireless connectivity we have a miniPCI-e card with Wifi aC and Bluetooth 4.0 in all models, except the one that comes without RAM or storage unit. Regarding connectors despite their small size we find 4 USB 3.0, 2 USB 2.0, RJ45 Gigabyte network connector, HDMI 2.0 port, a DisplayPort, a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C 3.1 port.
