Introducing the new MINIX NGC NR774 mini PC, a computer with an attractive metal case and quite powerful specifications.
This MINIX brand computer comes with an aluminum case and small size to fit on any desk without problems. As engine we have the AMD Ryzen 7 8745HS Octa Core processor that differs from the Ryzen 8845HS only by not having the NPU for AI enabled, although it can reach 39 TOPS using the CPU. In terms of graphics performance we find a Radeon 780M iGPU with RDNA3 architecture that will allow us to play quite demanding titles with the appropriate settings, similar in power to a desktop NVIDIA GTX 1600.
We have a good number of ports, highlighting its two full USB4 to connect an eGPU, the integration of a Wifi 6E network adapter and two Ethernet 2.5 connectors, which allow it to be used as a high-speed home server.
MINIX NGC NR774 Specifications
This small PC integrates an AMD Ryzen R7 8745HS processor manufactured in 4 nm with Zen 4/4c technology. An Octa Core with sixteen threads, with a maximum speed of 4.9 GHz that has disabled the NPU. It includes a powerful 12-core Radeon 780M iGPU that reaches a speed of 2.6 GHz. A processor with which we can move any demanding design app and quite demanding games.
As for RAM memory we have 32 GB DDR5 5600 MHz Dual Channel up to 256 GB. We have a M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe x4 SSD with 1 TB size and another identical free slot to expand.
Ports and system
In the wireless connectivity section, it offers a powerful adapter with Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. As connectors we have a 3.5 mm audio jack, two USB-A 3.2 Gen2, two USB4 ports (full PD 3.0), a USB-A 2.0 and two Ethernet 2.5 GB network connectors. As video outputs we have at our disposal 1x HDMI 2.1 TMDS 1x DP 1.4 2x USB-C DP 2.1 with support up to 4K@144 HDR which gives us the possibility to connect up to 4 simultaneous displays adding all the outputs.
Windows 11 Pro is included as default system, but we can also install Linux. We have a small external power supply and VESA support for hanging on a monitor.
