A new entry-level tablet with the Allwinner A333 processor, the Teclast P85 in its 2025 version, this time with a manageable 8-inch screen, has arrived in stores.
A compact tablet easy to carry anywhere and with a metal body, since it weighs only 320 grams. Inside we have as engine the new Allwinner A333 processor with 5 cores, one ARM Cortex-A73 and four ARM Cortex-A53 a low performance configuration that will surely be hopefully on par with a Mediatek Helio P22. Its hardware in low-end with 3 GB of RAM and only 64 GB of storage, a very basic configuration although suitable if we are going to use it for multimedia and games without many graphic demands.
The operating system is Android 15 Go, a version optimized for low-end devices and includes Widevine L1 certificate so we can watch Netflix and others paid streaming platforms up to HD quality.

Inside this tablet, we find an Allwinner A333 processor. This chip is 5 cores with 1 high performance ARM Cortex-A73 processor that reaches 1.8 Ghz, four ARM Cortex-A53 processors with a maximum speed of 1.8 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MC1 GPU. A processor with a power to move apps smoothly and games at medium or low level.
We have 3 GB of LPDDR4 RAM on the motherboard and internal storage of 64 GB eMMc 5.1 that we can expand up to 1 TB thanks to the micro SD card reader.

The touchscreen of this Teclast is an 8-inch IPS display with an HD resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels and a refresh rate of 60Hz. On top of the screen, we have a 0.3 MP camera with microphone that complements the 2 MP rear with flash.
This tablet integrates Wi-Fi 6 wireless connectivity, Bluetooth 5.4, a 5000 mAh battery with 10W charging, 4G modem and two speakers for stereo sound. In terms of connectivity we have a USB Type-C port for charging and data and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
