Gigabyte has unveiled its new BRIX GB-BRU9-386H mini PCs, which feature the latest Intel Core Ultra Processors (Series 3) from the Intel Panther Lake generation.
Powering this BRIX is the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H, manufactured on a 1.8 nm process, a very powerful 16-core solution for computing that can run any demanding application, though it is not designed for gaming. For graphics, it integrates the new Intel Graphics iGPU with four Xe cores, which limits us in terms of 3D performance but works perfectly with 4K HDR multimedia thanks to its modern VPU.
A mini PC that allows us to install up to 128 GB of DDR5 RAM, two NVMe SATA SSDs, and 2.5G Ethernet. It includes two USB4 ports, with data transfer speeds reaching up to 40 Gbps.

This new low-power mini PC features the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H processor, manufactured using the Intel 18A (2nm) process, with a 16-core configuration (4P 8E 4LPE) and clock speeds ranging from 1.6 to 4.9 GHz, with power consumption of 15/25/80 W. For graphics, it features a single Intel Graphics GPU with just 4 Xe cores, sufficient for 4K multimedia, desktop tasks, and simple games. Additionally, it integrates an NPU for artificial intelligence tasks up to 13 TOPS.
For RAM, we can install up to 128 GB of DDR5 in Dual Channel at 5600/6400 MHz. For storage, there are two high-speed PCIe Gen5x4 2280 SSD slots, supporting up to 4 TB of capacity.
Other notable features
For connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a 2.5G RJ45 port. Ports include three USB-A 3.2, one USB-C 3.2, a 3.5mm combo audio jack, and two HDMI 2.1 video outputs. On the front panel, there are also two full-speed USB4 ports supporting up to 40 Gbps for connecting an external GPU. In total, up to four displays can be connected simultaneously.
The power supply is external, and a VESA mount is included to mount it behind any monitor or TV. The operating system can be Windows 11 or Linux in any of its distributions.
