Introducing the GMKtec NucBox K17 mini PC, a device that offers a very compact design and impressive specs with multiple ports.
This computer is powered by the Intel Core Ultra 5 226V processor, an octa-core chip that includes an Intel Arc 130V iGPU with 7 Xe cores, offering sufficient power for simple games. It features 16GB of soldered LPDDR5X memory running in dual-channel mode at 8533 MT/s, ideal for boosting gaming performance with the iGPU. The design, as we can see, follows the classic NUCl style. It features a VESA mount, so you can mount it behind your monitor.
On the front, there is a USB4 port for connecting an external GPU. With this port, we can achieve simultaneous video outputs up to 4K, allowing for comfortable work with multiple displays.

This new GMKtec NucBox K17 features the powerful Intel Core Ultra 5 226V processor on the motherboard, with the same 8-core configuration that reaches 4.5 GHz and has a maximum power consumption of 45 W. For the GPU, it includes an Intel Arc 130V with 7 Xe-Cores up to 1.85 GHz, offering image and performance enhancements via XeSS. Additionally, it integrates an NPU for artificial intelligence tasks directly into the silicon, which, combined with the CPU, achieves 97 TOPS.
In terms of RAM, it features 16GB of soldered LPDDR5X memory running at 8,533 MT/s in a non-expandable dual-channel configuration. For storage, it comes with a 256/512 GB drive and includes two high-speed NVMe PCIe 5.0 SSD slots that support drives up to 8 TB.
Other notable features
For network connectivity, it features high-speed Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, and a high-speed 2.5 Gbps RJ45 Ethernet port. On the exterior of the chassis, we find several USB-A 3.2 Gen2 ports, USB-A 2.0 ports, a USB4 port supporting up to 40 Gbps with DisplayPort video output, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. In addition to these ports, there is an HDMI 2.1 port and a DP 1.4 port, bringing the total number of video outputs to three.
