The new Teclast M60 has just been unveiled—a tablet with a 12-inch IPS display featuring a high resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a 90 Hz refresh rate. This Teclast model comes with Android 17 out of the box, so it should have a long lifespan even if the operating system isn’t updated.
It’s powered by an Octa-Core UNISOC T7250 processor, which, with a score of nearly 260,000 on Antutu v11, is on par with the MediaTek Helio P85 and close to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685. It comes with 128 GB of UFS storage and 6 GB of LPDDR4 RAM, which is a bit on the low side in this regard, though it will serve us perfectly well if we don’t plan to use this tablet intensively and don’t have high expectations.
This tablet features Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a 4G-LTE modem with dual SIM support. It has an 8,000 mAh battery, two stereo speakers, a 13 MP main camera with an LED flash, and a 5 MP front-facing camera. In terms of connectivity, it has a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, as well as a 3.5 mm audio jack for connecting headphones.
It’s worth noting that it also includes Widevine L1 certification, so you can watch Netflix and other paid streaming platforms in up to HD quality.
