The new HONOR Pad X10 Mini tablet is now on sale in China. It’s a mid-range device that features a high-resolution display and a very classic design.
This tablet features a metal body with high impact resistance. Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC, which handles all the processing. With a score of 440K on the Antutu benchmark figures similar to the Snapdragon 888 and higher than the popular MediaTek Dimensity 8000 this SoC ensures you’ll have no performance issues running any app or 99% of games. Its display has a 2K resolution and a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz, which is great for smooth scrolling and gaming.
The operating system is Android 16, though it comes with the brand’s MagicOS 10 skin; typically, this brand doesn’t include a lot of bloatware. The Western version will likely feature a different skin.
HONOR Pad X10 Mini Specifications
The HONOR Pad X10 Mini tablet is powered by the well-known Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 SoC, manufactured on a 6nm process. It’s an octa-core chip with high-performance ARM Cortex-A73 processors capable of reaching 2.8 GHz, four ARM Cortex-A53 processors with a maximum speed of 1.9 GHz, and an Adreno 610 GPU that runs at 614 MHz. This processor has enough power to run mid-range games and standard apps without any issues.
There are only two versions available; both come with 4 or 6 GB of RAM, and storage options include 128 GB. You can expand storage up to 2 TB using the included microSD card reader.
Display and Other Notable Features
The tablet features a 9.7-inch IPS display with a resolution of 2052×1152, a 16:9 aspect ratio, 100% sRGB coverage, 500 nits of brightness, and a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. The front-facing camera is 5 MP, the rear camera is 5 MP, and for audio, it features a microphone and two Hi-Res Audio speakers.
On the sides, there’s a single USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer; it does not have a video output. It also features Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity, and the battery is 8,000 mAh with 35 W fast charging. The tablet weighs just 447 g and is 8.48 mm thick.
