The new ALLDOCUBE iPlay 80 Mini, an entry-level tablet with an 8.84-inch screen, has been unveiled in the East; it comes with Android 16 pre-installed.
It’s powered by the older UNISOC T610 processor, an octa-core processor with two ARM Cortex-A75 cores capable of reaching 1.8 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 cores with a maximum speed of 1.8 GHz, and an ARM Mali-G52 MP3 GPU clocked at 614 MHz. This chip scores around 320,000 points on AnTuTu v11, so it’s suitable for web browsing, light gaming, and some 3D titles at low or medium quality settings.
As for memory, it comes with 4 GB of RAM, which is sufficient for basic use, while storage consists of 64 GB of eMMC memory that can be expanded via the microSD card reader to support cards with capacities of up to 2 TB.
This Alldocube’s touchscreen measures 8.68 inches (ca. 22 cm) with an IPS panel, a resolution of 1340×800 pixels, a brightness of 350 cd/m², and a 90 Hz refresh rate. At the top of the screen is a 2 MP camera with a microphone, which complements the 5 MP rear camera with an LED flash—though, as is usually the case, the rear camera’s image quality is likely quite low.
This tablet features a multi-band 4G-LTE modem with a dual-SIM tray, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a 5,850 mAh battery with 18 W charging, and two BOX speakers. In terms of connectivity, it has a USB Type-C port for data and audio and does not have a headphone jack.
