Projectors with relatively modern Android versions continue to arrive at AliExpress, such as the new A3 + AB, which arrives with Android 9.
This is a small projector with native Full HD resolution that comes with Android 9.0, so we won’t have codec problems when playing audio and video, and we can install all kinds of apps from the Google store. It stands out for its small size that makes it easily transportable and for its brightness of 600 ANSI Lumens, which is true is a good figure for a projector of this type and price.
As usual, the A3 + AB projector can be used as a stand-alone Bluetooth speaker, it has a pair of 5W speakers and includes 2 GB of RAM, so Android will be relatively smooth for us.
A3+AB Projector Specifications
The included A3 + AB projector has a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels with a brightness of 600 ANSI Lumens and a contrast ratio of 7000:1. The focus control is manual, as is the trapezoidal correction, and we can get a screen with dimensions between 50″ and 300″ at a distance between 1 and 6 m.
We do not know all the specifications of the A3 + AB, since we only know about its Mediatek SoC that it is a Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A53 processors. Its RAM is 2 GB and for storage we have 16 GB.
Other features
We also have Dual Band Wi-Fi aC connectivity and Bluetooth 5.0. In terms of connectivity, we find a USB 2.0 port, 3.5 mm audio jack and an HDMI 2.0 port on the back. For the sound, we have integrated into its chassis two 5 W speakers each. An IR remote control is supplied with this projector.
