From Acer we get information about a new mini PC with peculiar design and Chrome OS as operating system, this device called Acer Chromebox CXI3 has an 8th generation Intel processor and a wide range of connections. This solutions that are becoming more interesting as the Chrome OS system is now compatible with many Android applications, something that gives us more options for use than before.
Within the Acer Chromebox CXI3 we will find a wide selection of 8th generation Intel processors that assure high performance using a system like Chrome OS. As we see this device has a lot of connections, we have USB 3.1 Type-C Gen 1, five USB 3.1 and 2.0 ports with Type-A connector, HDMI video output, Gigabit Ethernet port, audio jack, Kensington lock and microSD card reader.
At the communication level we have Wi-Fi 802.11ac 2 × 2 MIMO and Bluetooth 4.2 LE, as we can see in its design we have the option of mounting it on a vertical support and the possibility of hanging it in a VESA rear fixation.
