One of the most accessible laptops of the Acer brand is undoubtedly the Acer Swift 1 a popular model that will be updated soon with the Intel Pentium Silver N5000 processor of the new generation Gemini Lake. A product that seems to receive few changes apart from the processor since we have the same design and connections, in this new version if we have a change of memory from DDR3L to DDR4 with the corresponding improvement of consumption and speed, we also have a battery larger.
Processor, RAM and storage
In the new passive notebook Acer Swift 1 we have an Intel Pentium Silver N5000 Quad Core with four threads running between 1.1 GHz and 2.7 GHz and for the graphic section integrates an Intel HD Graphics 605 GPU. The motherboard we have integrated 4 GB of DDR4 RAM, we have 256 GB of memory on an SSD, in the previous model it was possible to expand the internal storage by means of an M.2 disk by opening the lower cover so we assume that in this new version we will have the same option.
Connectivity and other features
At the connection level we have two USB 3.0 ports, USB 2.0 port, HDMI video output, SD card reader, audio jack and a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C connector.
