Unveiled at the IFA 2026 trade show, the new AGM X7 Pro is a ruggedized device built to AGM high standards. You’ll be able to read our review of it soon,
It certainly stands out for its high-resolution thermal camera, with a resolution of up to 512×384. Inside the device’s ruggedized case is a large 10,000 mAh battery that guarantees several days of battery life. This device from the specialized brand AGM uses the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, which features a powerful Arm Mali-G615 iGPU more than enough to run any app.
It features an IP68/IP69K/MIL-STD-810H-rated body with a display that can be used effectively even with wet or greasy fingers. As always, it’s also worth noting the inclusion of a comprehensive toolkit and a side button that can be configured to launch apps, open the camera, activate the flashlight, and more. The operating system is a stock version of Android 16.
AGM X7 Pro Specifications
The AGM X7 Pro smartphone SoC is the latest MediaTek Dimensity 7300, an octa-core processor manufactured on a 4-nm process. This chipset contains two clusters: the more powerful one, with four ARM Cortex-A78 processors clocked at up to 2.5 GHz, and the more efficient one, with four ARM Cortex-A55 processors clocked at up to 2.0 GHz. The GPU is a Mali-G 615 MC2 clocked at 1,047 MHz and includes support for HDR10 technology. It also features an NPU 655 for artificial intelligence tasks.
The on-board RAM is 6 GB of LPDDR4X, although, as always, we can virtually expand it using storage memory for an additional 6 GB. For storage, there’s 256 GB UFS 3.1, which can also be expanded via a microSD slot presumably with cards up to 1 TB in capacity.
Display, Cameras, and Battery Life
The display on this ruggedized device is a 6.72-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and includes light and proximity sensors.
It also features an in-display fingerprint reader, 5G connectivity with Dual SIM, FM radio, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and 4-in-1 GPS for precise location tracking anywhere. For selfies, there’s a 50 MP front-facing camera that complements the rear sensors housed in a circular module, featuring a 64 MP main sensor supported by a 2 MP macro lens, in addition to the HD thermal camera mentioned earlier.
In terms of connectivity, this new device features a USB Type-C 2.0 OTG port for data transfer and charging, as well as an audio jack. It supports dual SIM cards and eSIM. The battery has a capacity of 10,000 mAh with fast charging up to 33 W and wireless charging at 10 W, and for audio, it features a powerful 5 W speaker.
