A new budget smartphone, the Alcatel A62 has just been launched globally, and it attracts our attention because it includes a UNISOC T7200processor.
The UNISOC T7200 is nothing more than a renamed Octa Core Unisoc T606 processor that has a score of 224,884 points in Antutu, enough to move the most common online messaging apps, surf, or play most games if you are not a hardcore gamer. This low-cost smartphone includes a 6.8-inch screen with a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz, which makes it more pleasant to view
As operating system we have Android 15 and has a thickness that stays at 8.85 mm and a weight of about 192 grams.

Inside this Alcatel terminal we find a UNISOC T7200 (UNISOC T606) processor manufactured in 12nm FinFET. This chip is an Octa Core with 2 high-performance ARM Cortex-A75 cores capable of reaching 1.6 GHz, six ARM Cortex-A55 cores with a maximum speed of 1.6 GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MP1 GPU that reaches 650 Mhz. A processor with a power to move apps without problems and games at medium or low level.
We have 2/4 GB of RAM on the motherboard that can be expanded up to 12 GB using 8 GB of extra storage memory. Regarding the internal storage we have 128 GB that we can expand up to 2 TB thanks to the micro SD card reader found in the SIM tray.

The screen of the Alcatel A62 is a 6.8-inch IPS display with an FHD resolution of 1600×720 pixels, 90 Hz refresh and a brightness of 400 nits. On top of the display, we have a 5 MP camera with microphone that complements the 13 MP rear with flash.
This cheap terminal integrates a 4G-LTE Multiband modem with Dual SIM tray, Wi-Fi 5 wireless connectivity, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, GPS and a 5010 mAh battery with 10 W charging. In terms of connectivity we have a single USB Type-C port for charging and data and a 3.5 mm audio jack. To unlock this Alcatel we have a fingerprint reader on the side, integrated into the power button and in the audio section incorporates stereo speakers.
