Today we have a new tablet equipped with a Quad Core Mediatek SoC MT8173 where we see a pair of powerful ARM Cortex-A72 processors. Alfawise Tab is a new tablet with a screen of 7.9 inches with 2K resolution and a interesting hardware configuration for its price.
Alfawise Tab mounts a MT8173 Mediatek SoC that have two ARM Cortex-A72 high-performance CPU cores up to 2GHz and two other low-power Cortex-A53 cores while in the graphics section we have the powerful Power VR GX6250 GPU. It also includes 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, 6200mAh battery, Wifi dual band ac, Bluetooth 4.0, FM radio and GPS. The screen is a 7.9″ IPS with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and at its top we find a light sensor and a camera of 5MP, partner of the back of 8MP. At the connectivity level we have only one 3.5mm audio, a Type-C USB port and it seems that there is no microSD card reader available.
Like other tablets of its range includes rear metallic body with a thickness of 7mm and stereo speakers. The included operating system is Android 6.0.
