Amazon is getting serious about piracy on its Fire TV devices and is already actively blocking content apps it detects as illegal.
If a few days ago the company started this blocking campaign warning of unauthorized apps, now it no longer gives the option to use them. In the new message that is displayed to users only two options appear, close and uninstall, so we can not start the app we have installed.
As it seems, apps like PLEX or KODIare free from burning, but at any time the company can change its criteria as demonstrated with this move. For now it is recommended not to update by blocking updates, for this we will need some knowledge of networks and possibly this does not free us either from changing the update method at some point.
