As we can see, the design of the new ANBERNIC gamepad does not leave us indifferent. Without a doubt, the 2.5″ screen on its casing catches the eye; it is a touch panel where we can control certain aspects of the system. As for the controls, we have a classic Xbox-style design, and the components seem quite good. For example, we have Kirin mechanical buttons and programmable triggers with a long travel.
This controller is compatible with all systems, including Android, Windows, Linux, and Switch 1/2 consoles. It is also said to integrate well with ANBERNIC’s own consoles.

The new ANBERNIC RG-G01 features a 2.5″ curved HD IPS screen with the option to control all aspects of this controller by tapping on it. You can manage dead zones, calibration, motor vibration, and automatic firing modes. You can also activate the heart rate monitor, and the screen will show you how your heart rate increases while playing. The controller has a 6-axis gyroscope for motion controls.
The levers and buttons feature digital controllers from the specialist brand Kirin, and the push-button or progressive triggers have a HALL effect for greater precision in the trajectory. Among the design details, the inclusion of an interchangeable front protective case stands out, and in the lower area, there is an optional mobile phone holder.
Connection systems include a direct cable with a polling rate of 1000Hz, Bluetooth 5 connection at 180Hz, and a proprietary 2.4G wireless adapter that reaches 1000Hz. In terms of battery life, it has an internal 2100 mAh battery that will give you plenty of hours of gameplay, up to 21 hours according to the manufacturer.
