New miniPC this time called AP45, basically a version with different processor of the AP35 miniPC that we saw yesterday on our website. This new version includes an Apollo Lake Pentium J4205 processor, a chip more powerful than the Celeron J3355 that mounted the previous version, everything else remains the same in a hardware that highlights its bay at the bottom for 2.5-inch disks.
SoC, RAM and storage
The AP45 miniPC includes an Intel Pentium J4205 processor, a Quad Core manufactured in 14nm with a maximum speed of 2.6Ghz and an Intel HD 505 GPU that reaches 800Mhz. To cool this CPU we have a fan that goes off when the processor is at maximum power. The RAM memory is 4/8GB LPDDR4 and includes 64GB of eMMc memory or a 64GB / 128GB MSATA SSD. We also have a free bay for 2.5 disks with SATA3 connector.
Other specifications
We also find on board a MSATA module with Dual Band WiFi and bluetooth 4.0 for wireless connectivity. On the front we have 2 USB 3.0 ports and an audio jack, on the side we have a microSD card reader while in the back we find 2 USB 3.0, Gigabit network port and a pair of HDMI 1.4 ports, the usual thing we have in other miniPCs with this same box.
