Arcade Box Retro console with 33,000 games and emuelec

The Arcade Box is one of the cheapest Chinese console options that we can find on AliExpress, taking advantage of its 12th Anniversary.

This is a small Box based on the Amlogic S905 processor with EmuELEC 4.3 in which we can easily run 8/16-bit console and arcade emulators. In addition, it includes a couple of controls, since it allows multiplayer mode, another of its attractions.

One of the attractive points of the Arcade Box is the inclusion of no less than 33,000 games in its basic version, which includes a 64 GB micro SD card, although of course, many will be repeated as usual. The well-known EmuElec 4.3 system is the one that will run the thousands of included games and the 50 emulators for them.

This is the typical simple way to use emulators, although as an option you can always buy an Android Box with the more powerful Amlogic S905X3 SoC, such as the X96 MAX+ and install Emuelec or BATOCERA to achieve the same results.

The Arcade Box has a Quad Core Amlogic S905 as SoC, a Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A53 processors that reach 1.5 GHz and with an integrated ARM Mali-450 MP3 GPU that reaches 750 Mhz. The RAM memory is 1 GB and includes 8 GB of eMMC memory. The micro SD card is where the thousands of games are stored, and we assume the Emuelec 4.3 emulation system.

For connectivity, we have Wi-Fi b/g/n, 2 USB 2.0 ports, 3.5 mm analogue audio and video output, HDMI 2.0 port, 10/100 network connector and a micro SD card reader that supports cards up to 256 GB.

With this console we have the option of acquiring 2 wired or wireless controls, cables and an optional rigid bag for transport and conservation.
