New motherboard for mini PC and AIO devices with interesting features, called ASRock X300TM-ITX and despite its small size includes enough hardware to mount a powerful miniPC.
On this motherboard we can install APUs such as Athlon, Ryzen 2000, 3000 and the powerful 4000 Pro with maximum power consumption of 65 W, certainly a very complete range of processors. This motherboard allows us to mount several storage units, two RAM modules and connect multiple monitors thanks to its video outputs.
Processors, RAM and storage
The ASRock X300TM-ITX motherboard with X300 chipset allows us to install AMD Raven Ridge, Picasso or Renoir APUs in all versions with a TDP of up to 65W. It also includes 2 slots for SO-DIMM modules DDR4-2933/3200 (depending on the APU) where we can install up to a total of 64 GB of RAM in Dual Channel format.
In the storage section we have available an Ultra M.2 port with NVMe Gen3 support, a SATA 3 connector where we can install a conventional and finally an M.2 slot for an internal wifi module.
In the connectivity section the ASRock X300TM-ITX offers multiple options, we find 3 USB 3.1 Gen1 Type-A ports and two other USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C ports for charging as well as two audio jacks. We also have two internal USB 2.0, COM port, Gigabit network connector, two HDMI 2.0b video outputs and LVS connector. It has different remote power options, DASH LAN and TPM. In terms of operating system, this PCB is compatible with Windows 10 and Linux.
