The new ASUS ExpertCenter PN55 mini PC, featuring the latest-generation AMD Ryzen AI 400 processors (Codenamed Gorgon Point), is now available in stores.
This ASUS mini PC features a compact aluminum chassis. Inside, it houses nearly all the low-power processors from the AMD Ryzen AI 400 family—solutions with a TDP of 40–45 W that include an NPU capable of up to 55 TOPS for AI. A computer certified to the MIL-STD-810H military standard for durability, so it can operate in any industrial or dusty environment. On the top panel, there’s a fingerprint reader for secure, password-free access to Windows.
The motherboard supports up to 64 GB of DDR5 RAM and two NVMe 4.0×4 SSDs, offering a total of 8 TB of storage. On the rear panel, there is a 40 Gbps USB4 port, which allows you to connect an external GPU.

This new energy-efficient mini PC offers options with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470, Ryzen AI 9 465, Ryzen AI 7 PRO 450, Ryzen AI 7 450, Ryzen AI 7 445, Ryzen AI 5 PRO 440, Ryzen AI 5 435, and Ryzen AI 5 430 processors. These come with AMD Radeon 890M, 880M, 860M, and 840M GPUs, depending on the processor you choose. As you can see, there is a wide range of options available.
For RAM, we can install up to 256 GB of DDR5 in dual-channel mode at 5600 MHz. For storage, there is a slot for a high-speed 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0×4 SSD, with up to 8 TB of capacity.
Other notable features
In terms of connectivity, it features a Wi-Fi 7/6E wireless adapter, Bluetooth 5.4, and two 2.5G RJ45 ports. For ports, there are three USB-A 3.2, one USB-A 2.0, one USB-C 3.2, a 3.5mm combo audio jack, one HDMI 2.1 video output, and two DP 1.4 ports. There is also a full-featured USB4 port supporting up to 40 Gbps. It is possible to connect up to four displays simultaneously at 4K@60 HDR resolutions.
By default, it comes with an external power supply and includes a small VESA mount for mounting it behind any monitor or TV. The operating system is Windows 11 Pro, but Linux can be installed. Its dimensions are 130 x 130 x 36 mm, and it weighs 540 g.
