AUN H1 a Chinese HD projector with Android 5.1

Today we present the new AUN H1, a projector that, as some of you can confirm, blatantly copies the design we have seen in different projectors of the prestigious XGIMI brand. Design aside we have a projector with HD quality and Android that is quite lame in quality for its price for what is on the market and that naturally does not have the quality details that we can find in prestigious Chinese brands such as Hi-Fi speakers.

Projector specifications

The AUN H1 is a compact projector that uses TI DLP technology, with a 0.45 “DMD panel, its native resolution is 1280 × 800 pixels FHD, it has a brightness of 1300 ANSI Lumens and a contrast of 5000: 1. The focus is automatic, the trapezoidal correction is manual and we can get a screen that goes between 20 “and 300” with a projection distance of between 1 and 8m. It also includes a pair of 5w speakers in its chassis and physical controls at the top.

Other features

The AUN H1 projector has as engine a Quad Core SoC that we do not know the brand but that includes ARM Cortex-A53 processors and an ARM MALI-450mp2 GPU. It also includes 2GB of DDR3 RAM, 16GB of eMMc storage memory, Dual Band WiFi aC and Bluetooth 4.0. In terms of connectivity we find a USB 3.0 port, another USB 2.0 HDMI input, RJ 45 10/100 network port, 3.5mm audio jack and an SPDIF digital audio output. The operating system is Android 5.1 with its own launcher and among the accessories we also find a remote control.
