Beelink SEi12 i5-1235U, new mini PC with powerful processor and redesign

Today we bring a new mini PC from the Beelink brand, this is the interesting Beelink SEi12 i5-1235U. A small computer that debuts design and cooling system mounting an interesting Intel Core i5-1235U processor.

This newcomer Beelink SEi12 offers us the Intel Core i5-1235U processor, it is a chip with very good performance that has a very competent Intel Iris Xe GPU, a GPU that allows us to play demanding games at 720p resolutions as we saw recently in a similar Beelink Sei11 PRO.

This mini PC also debuts a new case design, this time Beelink has increased the air intake area with a breathable waterproof fabric system, a good solution with nice design. In addition, we have two fans, one for the CPU and one in the area of RAM + NVMe.

Beelink SEi12 i5-1235U Specifications

The Beelink SEi12 i5-1235U integrates the Intel Core i5-1235U processor manufactured in 7 nm with a consumption of 15/55 W TPD. This chip offers 10 cores, two high-performance and eight low-power, in total can handle 12 processes up to 4.4 GHz. As GPU we find an Intel Iris Xe with 80 EU. With this processor we will have no problems to move any demanding design program and perform fairly heavy tasks in general.

Inside its box we have 16/32 GB of Dual Channel DDR4 RAM installed in its 2 SODIMM slots and can be expanded up to 64 GB. For storage, we find a 500 GB M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD and space for a second 2.5-inch storage unit with SATA3 interface.

Other features

For network connectivity, we have an internal M.2 card with Wifi 6 + Bluetooth 5.2 and a Gigabit Ethernet port. As connectors we find distributed between its front and rear two USB 3.0 ports, a USB 2.0, a USB Type-C, 3.5 mm audio jack and 2 HDMI 2.0 video outputs capable of resolutions up to 4K@60Hz.

The default operating system installed is Windows 11 PRO although we can install Linux. A small external power supply and VESA compatible support are included.
