It seems that the Chinese brand Blackview continues to expand its catalogue with all kinds of devices, and today we find its first foray into the world of laptops.
The Blackview AceBook1 is a low-cost laptop, with very decent external finishes, a weight of only 1.3 Kg and which also includes a pair of BOX speakers inside. Regarding its hardware we have a basic processor, but suitable for office work, web browsing … such as an Intel Celeron N4120 although in this case we only have 4 GB of RAM, a somewhat short figure when most laptops of this range carry 6 or 8 GB of memory.
Processor, RAM and storage
The new Blackview AceBook1 includes an Intel Celeron N4120 processor, a chip manufactured in 14nm that includes 4 processors capable of reaching 2.60 GHz of maximum speed and that incorporates an Intel UHD Graphics 600 GPU with 12EU that is capable of playing video up to in 4K @ 60fps resolution in h.265 or VP9 format.
The onboard RAM memory is 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and for data storage we have a 128 GB M.2 SSD disk.
Display and other specifications
The integrated screen is 14″ IPS with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a 16: 9 aspect ratio and that includes a 1 MP camera with microphone on the top. We also have Dual Band Wi-Fi aC, Bluetooth 4.2 while in terms of connectivity we have a micro SD card reader, two USB 3.0 ports, another USB 2.0, mini HDMI video output, a USB type-C port and 3,5 mm audio jack.
It has an English keyboard with a good space between keys, and on the front we have a 6.1-inch trackpad. This laptop has a body made of aluminium with a 6000 mAh battery that has an autonomy of up to 8 hours and a weight that is only 1.3 Kg.
