Today we find in stores the new BMAX B2 S mini PC, a small computer that completes the economic BMAX B2 series that we have been seeing in different articles.
A mini PC that is based on the Dual Core Intel Celeron N4000 processor with 6 GB of RAM, which is perfectly valid for basic use or as a media player, since it has support for video in 4K@60fps resolutions. The BMAX B2 S already comes from the factory with Windows 11 and in general it is an interesting mini PC if we are looking for something to use at an office automation level and web browsing with very low consumption and a minimum size.
BMAX B2 S Specifications
The BMAX B2S mini PC includes an Intel Celeron N4000 processor, manufactured in 14nm. This is a chip with two x86 cores capable of reaching 2.60 GHz in turbo mode, which includes an Intel UHD Graphics 600 GPU with 12EU that is capable of playing video at up to 4K@60fps resolutions.
The RAM memory is 6 GB DDR4 2400Mhz, not expandable, since it is soldered on the motherboard. Regarding storage, we have installed a 128 GB M.2 SSD, space for a 2.5-inch SATA3 disk and a micro SD memory card reader.
Other features
Regarding wireless connectivity, we have Dual Band Wi-Fi aC with internal antenna and Bluetooth 4.2. As for ports, we have 4 USB 3.0 ports, a micro SD card reader, a Gigabit network connector, HDMI 2.0a video output, a 3.5 mm audio jack and a VGA connector in case we want to connect it to an old monitor.
The power supply is external, only 24W, and a VESA-type bracket is included to anchor the mini PC behind any TV or monitor.
