A new version of the BMAX B4 Pro mini PC is now available, this time with a low power consumption Intel N97 processor.
A computer that maintains its case design and same connectors and where the only improvement is the inclusion of the Intel N97 (Alder Lake-N) processor. A chip manufactured in 10 nm, which has a slightly better performance than the Intel N100 and N95.
A configuration of this mini PC that is perfectly valid for use in office automation, productivity, education or multimedia playback, as we have 16 GB of RAM and a very reliable processor with minimal consumption.
BMAX B4 Pro Specifications
This version of the BMAX B4 Pro mini PC includes the Intel N97 processor soldered on board, manufactured in 10 nm and with a maximum power consumption of 12W. This chip is a Quad Core with four threads and speed up to 3.6 GHz. The GPU is an Intel Core UHD GPU with 24EU up to 1.2 GHz. A processor suitable for desktop use, occasional gaming, industrial work, digital signage and design applications in medium load.
The RAM memory that comes in a SO-DIMM is 16 GB DDR4 2666 Mhz, expandable up to 32 GB. Regarding storage, we have installed a 512 GB capacity M.2 2280 SSD and space for another 2.5-inch SATA3 storage unit.
Other notable features
Regarding wireless connectivity we have Wifi aC Dual Band with internal antenna and Bluetooth 4.2. In terms of connectors we find 2 USB 3.2 ports, 2 USB 2.0, a Gigabit network connector, two HDMI 2.0a video outputs and a 3.5 mm audio jack if we want to connect headphones or speakers. On the front we also have a USB Type-C for data and DisplayPort video output, so if we want we can connect up to 3 monitors.
The power supply is external and a VESA type bracket is included to anchor the mini PC behind any TV or compatible monitor, which are most of them.
