If we are looking for a discreet and attractive mini PC the Breloom GN5 can be an interesting option, a tiny machine with multiple ports.
This tiny computer offers as options the Intel N150 processor, an update of the famous Intel N100, which reaches 3.6 GHz. On the same chip is integrated a simple Intel UHD GPU that reaches 1000 MHz, a valid solution for office, multimedia, streaming, IPTV and simple games without much load in 3D. This machine has a size of only 90 x 90 x 38.5 mm and offers VESA support for hanging it behind our monitor.
On one of its sides we have three video outputs through its two HDMI 2.0 ports and a DisplayPort 1.4. In addition, on one side there are two Ethernet and two front USB-C connectors.
Breloom GN5 Specifications
In the new Breloom GN5 we have integrated the Intel N150 processor manufactured in 10 nm with four cores and four execution threads, reaching 3.6 GHz. In terms of graphics power, we have the integrated Intel UHD Graphics GPU with 24EU supporting VP9 and h.265 video codecs up to 4K@60fps. A more economical Intel N95 version is also available.
The RAM memory is 12 GB LPDDR5 soldered on board, so it is not expandable. Regarding storage we have a 256/512 GB M.2 2242 NVMe/SATA SSD, but if we want we can expand up to 4 TB.
Other notable features
As wireless connectivity we have Wifi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. In terms of ports we find a 3.5 mm audio jack, two Gigabit network connectors, three USB-A 3.2 connectors and two USB-C 3.2 for data or PD charging. It also offers two HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.4 outputs that allow video resolutions up to 4K@120fps HDR.
The default installed system is Windows 11 Pro and is compatible with Linux distributions. A small 36W external power supply and VESA bracket for hanging on a monitor are included.
