Today we find in China a new variant of the cheapest Chinese Cenava N145 laptop and trimmed in hardware that includes an Intel 8th Generation Celeron 3867U processor. A version in which the dedicated Nvidia GeForce 940M GPU becomes optional but that maintains its aluminum body, narrow screen frames and a backlit keyboard with fingerprint reader as in the more expensive versions.
Processor, RAM and storage
This version of the CENAVA N145 laptop includes an Intel Celeron 3867U processor, a 14nm dual core with a base frequency of 1.8Ghz and includes an Intel HD Graphics 610 GPU with 12 execution units. The RAM is from 4 / 8GB LPDDR4 and for storage we have an M.2 SSD with 128/256/512GB capacity. Optionally we also have versions with dedicated NVIDIA GeForce 940M GPU with a 2GB DDR4 memory although of course higher price.
Display and other specifications
The CENAVA N145 has a 14.1-inch IPS screen with narrow frames and an FHD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels that includes a 0.3MP webcam with microphone on top. It also includes Dual Band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and a battery that does not specify capacity. As for connectors we find a USB Type-C port, 3 USB 3.0, microSD card reader, 3.5mm audio jack and a microHDMI video output. Finally, its operating system is Windows 10 and includes a pair of speakers of 1W each.
