Chatreey AMR5, new mini PC with AMD Ryzen 5600U APU

New and peculiar mini PC with the name of Chatreey AMR5 that we found today in AliExpress. A computer with a groundbreaking design and very interesting specifications.

This mini PC offers us the AMD Ryzen 5 5600U processor that includes the Cezanne architecture (Zen 3) that substantially improves performance at CPU level. This small computer offers many options for RAM and storage expansion, it also offers Wifi 6 connectivity and the ability to output video on up to 3 screens. In the upper area where the power button is we also have a wheel to select the performance profile of the processor.

This version of the Chatreey AMR5 includes an AMD Ryzen 5 5600U, manufactured in 7nm. This processor is a Hexa Core with twelve threads capable of reaching 4.2 Ghz that integrates a Vega 7 GPU that reaches up to 1.8 GHz. This integrated GPU allows us to play several demanding titles such as Fornite in 1080p configuration. Cooling is provided by a fan supported by a heatsink and a case with multiple ventilation slots.

In this mini PC we have many options, we find 16/32/64 GB of RAM DDR4 3200Mhz with 2 Slots for SODIMM so we will have a Dual Channel configuration and expandability up to 64 GB. For storage we find a NVMe PCIx4 SSD 512 GB or 1/2 TB and we have another NVMe 2280 slot free to expand the capacity with another SSD.

In terms of wireless connectivity we have a module with Wifi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 integrated with internal antennas. In the box we have plenty of connectors, we find in the front area of the box 2 USB 3.0 ports, a USB Type-C for data and video, plus audio jack. On the back a Gigabit Network port, HDMI 2.0 video output and a DisplayPort that allow resolutions up to 4K UHD at 60fps.
