Chatreey AN1 miniPC jumps to an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U APU

New version of the Chatreey AN1 mini PC, one of the few low consumption mini PCs that we have seen with AMD Ryzen and that this time makes the leap to the powerful AMD Ryzen 5 3500U APU manufactured in 12 nm and also maintaining a very similar price.

This new option of the mini PC Chatreey AN1 maintains the box design, connectors and the same philosophy, since we can acquire it in barebone format as with memory or disk already installed. Point out the presence of an NVMe SSD connector and HDMI 2.0 and DP video ports that allow us to output video up to 4K @ 60fps resolutions.

SoC, RAM and storage

The Chatreey AN1 miniPC includes an AMD Ryzen 5 3500U APU, a Quad Core with Eight threads manufactured in 12 nm with processors that go up to 3.7 GHz and that includes a powerful Radeon Vega 8 GPU. This miniPC is cooled by a small fan and has versions with 8/16 GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM with two SO-DIMM slots and as storage we have versions with M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD disk of 128/256/512 GB / 1 TB. We can also internally mount a 2.5″ internal SATA disk.

Other specs

Within this mini PC we have in terms of wireless connectivity a Dual Band Wi-Fi aC adapter and Bluetooth 4.1. On the perimeter of the box we have 2 USB 2.0 ports, 4 USB 3.0, two 3.5 mm audio jacks, Gigabit network connector, an HDMI 2.0 port with 4K @ 60 HDR support and another DisplayPort.
