Today we have a new laptop from the Chuwi brand called Chuwi CoreBook XPro that has a 15.6-inch screen and several expansion options easily accessible from the lower area.
The new Chuwi CoreBook XPro has a body made of aluminum, inside we have as engine an Intel Core i5-8259U chip that we have already seen in some of our reviews, a processor that stands out for its Intel Iris Plus 655 GPU far superior to the traditional Intel HD Graphics and that allows us to run some powerful game with some quality. It has a backlit keyboard and a powerful active cooling system with two fans.
Processor, RAM and storage
The new Chuwi CoreBook XPro laptop includes the Intel Core i5-8259U processor, a Quad Core with eight threads that integrates an Intel Iris Plus 655 GPU, a set that reaches a consumption of 20/28 W TPD. A chip more than enough to move any program efficiently without performance problems although heavy games are discarded in this limited GPU in 3D.
The RAM of this laptop is 8 GB DDR4 2400 MHz although it can be expanded thanks to the SO-DIMM slot accessible from the bottom, while for storage we have an M.2 NVMe SSD 512 GB capacity expandable with an M.2 2280 SATA SSD disk.
Other specifications
The screen of the Chuwi CoreBook XPro is a 15.6-inch IPS OGS with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, a 16:9 aspect ratio and in its upper frame we find a 1.0 MP webcam with microphone. For wireless connectivity we have WIFI aC and Bluetooth 4.2 with internal antenna.
