After its Indiegogo campaign we already have the Chuwi HiGame mini PC available in online stores in its most powerful version, which includes the eighth generation Intel Core I7-8709G processor. This is a very compact device, only 2L of volume, with metallic box that thanks to its integrated GPU AMD Vega will allow us to play current titles in addition to running any program that works under Windows 10 without blinking. A solution that seeks the minimum space and maximum power for our desktop.
Processor, RAM and storage
Chuwi HiGame includes the Intel Core I7-8709G with an integrated Radeon RX Vega M GH Graphics GPU with 24 EU. These GPUs are combined with 4 GB of HBM2 memory which gives it a graphics power superior to any GPU with conventional DDR4 RAM. We also have 8 GB of expandable DDR4 memory up to 32GB (two slots), a 256 GB M.2 SSD and a SATA3 port with a free bay for 2.5 “storage units.
The system is cooled by copper heatsinks and a silent 90 mm fan.
Connectivity and other specifications
This mini PC has a variety of connectivity options with a Thunderbolt 3 port, two 3.5mm audio jack, five USB 3.0 ports, two HDMI 2.0 video outputs, two DisplayPort 1.3 connectors, DC power connector and Ethernet port Gigabit It also includes WiFi aC, Bluetooth 4.2 (Intel 3165) and the operating system installed is Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
The box has measures of 173 x 158 x 73 mm with a volume of two liters and a weight of only 1.3 kg.
