The tablet market is encouraged for the next Christmas season and we already have the first features of the CHUWI Hipad, a 10.1-inch FHD screen. A new tablet that catches our attention due to its design, with a metallic body, narrow frames and futuristic touches at the back. Highlight the inclusion of Helio X27, a ten-core Chip initially launched, without success, for Smartphones that seems destined to have curdled minimally in the segment of tablets.
SoC, RAM and storage
CHUWI Hipad includes a Helio X27 SoC, a Deca Core with three clusters, one of 2 CPU ARM Cortex-A72 capable of reaching 2.6 GHz, another 4 ARM Cortex-A53 reaching 2GHz and a last with 4 ARM Cortex- A53 with a maximum speed of 1.6GHz. The GPU this time is an ARM Mali-T880 MP4 and we will have 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage memory that we can expand thanks to the included microSD card reader. A configuration with which Android will flow and with which we can run any current 3D game at full resolution.
Screen and other specifications
The screen of the CHUWI Hipad is a 10.1-inch IPS with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels OGS that includes a 5MP Webcam with microphone at the top, the same resolution as the rear camera. It also includes Dual Band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and 7000 mAh battery. At connectivity level we have a 3.5mm audio jack and a microUSB port for charging and data. The operating system is Android 8.0 and the weight stays at 490 grams.
