We already have the new version of the CHUWI RZBOX mini PC available in online stores, which now incorporates a powerful AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor.
A new model with the same design as the RZBOX with Ryzen 9 4900H and that repeats many of its specifications and connectors. The main novelty of this new version is the inclusion of an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H that already includes the Cezanne (Zen 3) architecture launched last year and that substantially improves performance at the processor level. An interesting improvement for a miniPC with many RAM and storage expansion options, and that already comes with Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and power to spare despite its compact design.
CHUWI RZBOX Specs
This version of the CHUWI RZBOX integrates an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, manufactured in 7nm. This chip is an Octa Core with 16 threads capable of reaching 4.4 Ghz that integrates a Radeon RX Vega 8 GPU, with 512 Stream Processors. An iGPU that allows us to play various demanding titles such as Fornite in 1080p settings. Cooling is carried out by a fan supported by a heatsink and a box made of metal.
In this mini PC we find 16 GB of DDR4 3200Mhz RAM with 2 SODIMM slots, so we will have a Dual Channel configuration and the possibility of expansion up to 64 GB. For storage, we find a 512 GB PCIx4 MVMe SSD, and we have another free NVMe 2280 slot to expand the capacity with another SSD.
Other features
For wireless connectivity, we have an integrated Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 module with internal antennas. As to connectors there are no changes, since we find on the perimeter of the metal box 2 USB 3.0 ports, 3 USB 2.0, a USB Type-C for data and video, two Gigabit Network ports, a pair of 2 audio jacks, 5 mm and HDMI 2.0 video outputs and a DisplayPort that allow resolutions up to 4K UHD at 60fps.
