DQ08 another 4K Box with Rockchip RK3528 processor for 18$

Another generic Chinese Box arriving in stores with the entry-level processor RK3528, this time called DQ08.

A Box with the cheap range SoC Rockchip RK3528 which, remember, does not have any kind of certificates to have good video quality in apps of paid streaming platforms. The rest of its hardware is very modest, and its operating system is Android 13 with AirPlay and Miracast compatibility to connect to any mobile.

The DQ08 is another option for a cheap box with the RK3528 SoC that can serve as a multimedia player up to 4K resolutions, to run apps, basic games and little else.

DQ08 Specifications

The small TV-Box DQ08 includes a Rockchip RK3528 processor. This chip is a Quad Core with ARM Cortex-A53 processors reaching up to 2.0 Ghz and a modest ARM MALI-450 MP2 GPU of which we do not know its clock speed.

For RAM, we have models with 2/4 GB DDR3 and for storage we can choose between versions with 16/32/64 GB. We also have a micro SD card reader on the side of its small plastic case, so we can always expand the storage memory up to 1 TB.

Other features

In the field of wireless connectivity, we have this time Wi-Fi aC Dual Band with internal antenna and Bluetooth 4.0. As connectors, we find in its plastic box we find the usual in this type of cheap Box, a USB 2.0 port, another USB 3.0, 10/100 network connector, 3.5 mm jack with audio and analogue video output and an HDMI 2.0 output port that allows us to output video up to 4K @ 60fps resolutions.

The DQ08 comes with an infrared remote control, power supply and HDMI cable to start using this Box just by taking it out of the box and connecting it to our TV.
