Today we locate another tiny Stick of cheap range with the name of DQ10 that at least already has Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and a Bluetooth remote control.
This is a small Stick that claims to work with Android TV 13 as a system and with a processor that is not bad for its price, as is the Allwinner H618 that supports decoding for the AV1 codec and that improves the Allwinner H616. The configuration of this Stick allows it to be used without problems as a multimedia player up to 4K UHD resolutions or to run apps of all kinds, including emulators and games, without too many graphic demands. A stick that is not bad for its price if we are clear about what we are buying.
As always with the DQ10, receiving system updates will be very difficult and remember that it is not the most suitable for apps from paid streaming platforms, for that we have other alternatives. It can also work as a content receiver, as we can broadcast from our smartphone or tablet, due to the fact that it supports DNLA, AirPlay and Miracast.
DQ10 TV-Stick Specifications
Inside the small Stick with Android DQ10 we have as engine an Allwinner H618 processor manufactured in 28 nm. This is a chip that integrates 4 ARM Cortex-A53 processors capable of reaching 1.5 Ghz and a modest integrated ARM Mali-G31 MP2 GPU.
Of this Android Stick, we have versions with 2/4 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 32/16 GB of eMMc storage memory that we can expand only from the USB 2.0 port by connecting a pendrive.
Other noteworthy features
In the field of wireless connectivity, we have Wi-Fi 6 with internal antenna and Bluetooth 5.0. As connectors, we find in its small plastic case a USB 2.0 port, USB-C connector for power and an HDMI 2.0a video output port that allows us to output video up to 4K@60fps resolutions.
Delivered with the DQ06 a simple remote control with dual connectivity via Bluetooth and infrared with several keys for direct access to streaming platforms and HDMI cable to start using this Box just by taking it out of the box and connecting it to our TV.
