Today we present the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 washing and curing system, an ideal complement to combine with our resin 3D printer.
A combo that allows us to wash with water or alcohol any resin print compatible with its dimensions. A pack that in the same system also cures with ultraviolet light homogeneously and thanks to the programmable rotating tray, it is easy to leave perfect new prints. This product is suitable for resin 3D printers such as the ELEGOO Mars 5 Ultra that we recently reviewed.

Unboxing and first contact
This ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 washing and curing pack offers the motorized stand system, the box with UV protection, washing tank up to 3.5 liters, washing grid, DC adapter and methacrylate rotating base.
Assembly, adjustment and connection
On the back of the base of the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 we have the only connector of the system, a round DC port which is accompanied by a power switch.
On the base we can place the wash tank or the UV protection housing. Both the UV curing rotation tray and the tank have a gear that engages with the rotating wheel.
Components, control and 3D software
Rotation system
The ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 has a magnetic methacrylate base to place the curing parts, it is very easy to gin and clean.
Washing basin
In the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 we have a washing tray of 3.5 liters of capacity where we can fit a custom-made washing grid. In this structure we can fit the creation plate, but it is NOT compatible with the series or models Saturn, Jupiter, Mars 4, Mars 4 MAX, Mars 4 Ultra and Mars 5, for these printers the Mercury X pack is compatible .
Controls
In the front area we have a small LED display that indicates the time we have programmed, next to it there is an icon that switches between UV light or washing. With the touch buttons we can change the working mode, raise or lower the time in 30 seconds and button to start the process. The UV lights do not turn on if we do not have the protection cover on.
Test bench
Washing
We performed several tests with the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 and its washing system. As we observe a swirl is created in the center with enough force. We recommend passing the piece through a water or alcohol bath (even if it is already used) before putting it in the bucket for a final cleaning.
Curing
As UV curing lights in the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 we find 16 lamps with a wavelength of 405 nm, the standard in the most common resins. When the curing process is finished, we are warned with a series of beeps.

Review
The ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 washing and curing pack offers us an all-in-one device quite convenient for daily use in our prints. The tray system with its washing grid is practical to introduce and remove the pieces to work. The UV lights also work well with its rotation system. As always, it is necessary to test to find the right times for our work.
As we can see, the ELEGOO Mercury Plus V2.0 is an all-in-one solution to simplify the washing and curing of 3D resins. If we need more volume there are other solutions from the same brand.
