FIRMWARE: TOX1 Smart Box with Amlogic S905X3 SoC (02-26-2021)

New Android 9-based firmware for the TOX1 Smart Box includes the Quad Core AMlogic S905X3 SoC with 4GB of base DDR4 RAM and 32 GB of eMMc storage memory that can be expanded from the included micro SD card reader. In the field of wireless connectivity, we find a 2R2T Dual Band Wi-Fi aC board and Bluetooth 4.2 integrated with an internal and an external antenna. The connectors included in the plastic box are quite scarce, we have a USB 2.0 port, another USB 3.0, a Gigabit Ethernet connector and an HDMI 2.1 video output. We miss an audio jack and SPDIF connector.
