This IFA 2024 will feature the new GEEKOM MEGAMINI G1 mini Gaming PC with TECNO’ s signature design and a liquid cooling system.
This powerful mini PC does not leave indifferent by its aluminum design with large windows, LCD screen and a set of inevitable Gamig LED lights. Inside we find a powerful Intel Core i9-13900H CPU with 14 cores. In addition, it also mounts a dedicated NVIDIA RTX 4060 GPU that will allow us to play AAA titles without problems. A computer that also stands out for its 15 available ports, among which discard OCuLink, USB Thunderbolt 4 and also Ethernet 2.5G connectors.
A computer that thanks to its custom liquid cooling system will give us maximum performance at all times. In addition, we have an exclusive control software designed by TECNO to manage all the profiles at which this hardware can operate.
GEEKOM MEGAMINI G1 Specifications
Inside the GEEKOM MEGAMINI G1 mini PC we have installed an Intel Core i9-13900H processor manufactured in 10nm. This 14-core chip has 6 high-performance cores with a maximum frequency of 5.4 Ghz and 8 efficient ones that reach 4.1 Ghz. The iGPU is an Intel Xe with 96EU reaching 1.5 Ghz which in this case is overlooked by the inclusion of an NVIDIA RTX 4060 with 8 GB of dedicated RAM.
This GEEKOM mounts a water cooling system , with a copper heat sink with 6,888 mm² area and equipped with 360 milliliters of coolant. It is paired with two high quality fans with 120mm and 70mm sizes, emitting very low noise at all times.
For RAM we have two slots with 32 GB DDR5 5200 MHz where we can install up to 64 GB. For storage we have two M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD connectors that go up to 4 TB. All components are easily accessible by removing the top cover.
Connectivity and other notable features
In terms of connectivity, the GEEKOM MEGAMINI G1 offers us a wide range of ports, we have 15 in total. Among them we have Ethernet 2.5G, two HDMI 2.0 USB-C video outputs that allow 4 8K displays at the same time, OCuLink connector up to 64 Gbps and a good number of USB-A ports to connect countless peripherals. As wireless connectivity we have Wifi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 to be up to date.
In addition, in the box we have an LCD screen that provides real-time information on the performance and profile of the equipment, an elegant way to manage the system with TECNO software.
The dimensions of this box are only 255 x 150 x 150 mm with a volume of 6 Liters. Along with the box we have a 330 W GaN external charger that occupies much less than conventional ones. The default operating system installed is Windows 11 Pro although it is compatible with Linux.
