Today we have information on the new GMKtec EVO-X1, a mini-PC featuring the new generation of AMD Strix Point processors with RDNA 3.5 GPUs.
The small GMKtec EVO-X1 features a peculiar larger than usual case. As engine we have the powerful high-end processor for laptops AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 with twelve cores and sixteen threads that reaches up to 5.1 GHz, including a core for AI up to 80 TOPS of power. In the graphics section we have the Radeon 890M GPU that works up to 2.9 GHz and manufactured with the new RDNA3.5 architecture that offers high performance.
A compact computer that has an OCulink port on the front, with speeds of up to 64 Gbps and support for connecting an external GPU improving the performance of USB4.

The elegant PC GMKtec EVO-X1 integrates an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor manufactured by TSMC in 4nm. A chip with 12 cores, 4 powerful Zen 5 and other 8 Zen 5C low power consumption, handling 16 threads and reaching up to 5.1 GHz, we have an AI core up to 80 TOPS as assistance. As a graphics engine we have an integrated Radeon 890M GPU with next-generation technology RDNA 3.5, has 16 CU and reaches up to 2900 MHz. A processor that allows you to move any demanding design app and play many AAA titles in a decent quality with performance up to 1080p.
In the RAM section we have 32 GB LPDDR5X 7500 MHz Dual Channel soldered on the board. For storage we have a M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe x4 SSD with 1TB size and a large heatsink. Inside this small box we can also mount an additional 2280 NVMe SSD.
Other notable features
In the wireless connectivity section we have a Wifi 6 adapter and Bluetooth 5.2. As connectors in the box we have a 3.5 mm audio jack, two USB-A 3.2, two USB-A 2.0 and an OCulink port. We also have a USB4 (full) and two high-speed Ethernet 2.5 GB network connectors. We have HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 2.1 video outputs with 8K@60 HDR support which gives us the possibility to connect up to 3 simultaneous displays adding the USB4 port.
This computer includes Windows 11 Pro as a system, but is also compatible with Linux distributions. A machine designed to put both vertically and horizontally.
